Many TV shows and movies are using the 5D as a B-cam or plate cam but House M.D. was the first to use it as the only camera for an entire episode…and not just any episode, their season finale. A few months ago, Phlip Bloom interviewed Greg Yaitanes, Executive Producer and Director of the “House†Season Finale, in which they discussed some of the workflow and reasons for choosing the 5D. Now at Cine Gear Exp 2010, Greg Yaitanes and Gale Tattersall, Director of Photography for “House”, sat down with Canon to go over many of their experiences with the 5D.
